If any merchandise you receive was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours at the email address below.  Be sure to inspect your shipment on arrival, and mark on the invoice any damage that is noticed.  If possible, have the driver sign the form in addition to your signature. 

Some products may be returned if they have a manufacturer defect.  Upon normal use of your new product, if you find any manufacturer defects within 21 days from the date of purchase, you may contact us at the email address below to request an exchange.  We will consider your request and respond accordingly.

Similarly, if you are not completely satisfied with your new product, you may request an exchange or refund within 21 days from the date of purchase.  If your request is granted, you must return the product within 21 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is not damaged from use, and that you return it in its original wrapping.  Shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you on all such exchanges or refunds.

All returns must be emailed in advance to:  customersupport@lightdomeonline.com.  Once LightDomeOnline.com has received your request for an exchange or return, we will contact you with additional instructions.
